[Suggestion] Zephyrite festival quartz sink

Before the Festival of the Four Winds, quartz maintained a steady price just around 5 silvers each, making it worth farming, if a little expensive for those who needed a lot for guild upgrades or celestial armor. Apparently with the intention of lowering the price, the Festival of the Four Winds gave away quartz like candy. Ever since, it has been hovering steadily around one silver each, much more reasonable, and not really worth farming any more.

 

This summer (hopefully) the Festival of the Four Winds will return, and if it works the same way, quartz will plummet into complete worthlessness. What the festival needs is a quartz sink.

 

Quartz already works a little like candy corn and snowflakes: get together a certain amount and you can make a charged (time gated) crystal. I feel that the Zephyrite festival really needs a new vendor selling highly desirable items for quartz and charged quartz, in order to keep quartz from becoming mere vendor junk. And enough of those items (or at a high enough cost) to balance the huge quartz overflow from the festival.
