Keep in mind OP made this thread before qT posted new benchmarks. And it was already mentioned in this thread that with renegade, revenant is solid dps choice for condi group in raid, however seems like people (OP included) ignored this information. This post was made way before the revenant benchmarks were released. I very much doubt people will not let in META renegades at this point. Also since he published this before the build was published, I highly doubt he actually runs the meta build. In fact he just complained that people aren't "giving him a chance" to prove his build, aka waste their time. People have been releasing condi builds for renegade with at least reasonably close DPS to qTs "optimum" rotation on reddit since day two of the expansion, which doesn't even matter because the condi revenant still had a meta build from qT BEFORE renegade was released. Turns out word doesn't get around that fast when random individuals post their builds. Also the prePoF build was outclassed by other dps builds, They simply put it there because it was rather close to being competitive. So People had every right to deny people who run that, even if it was just below other meta buids. And in fact, Leaders have every right to kick you for whatever they choose, Be it your build/name/attitude or w/e. Make your own group instead of crying that someone kicked you from their squad. It does take time for people to adapt, but it is also undeniable that some raid groups **never** adapt. They have decided for themselves what the "best" is and refuse to run anything else, even in cases where something new has risen to be top tier that used to be terrible. Condi rev was fine before renegade and easy to Play. I would prefer soulbeast / revs over most eles in pugs. I don't know why pugs want only eles when it is one of the hardest professions to reach high dps on. QT Benchmarks are on Golem with optimal rotation. That works in experienced guild groups but for pugs the builds with easy rotations or large margins of error often perform better.
