Ping Plotter Assistance

I was wondering what is the best server to ping to find an issue between my computer and Arenanet's server?

I have been pinging www.guildwars2.com & www.arena.net as you can't ping IP address's in the target line.

Pretty sure most players ping the IP address of the map with which they are having issues.

I did that, but it wouldn't allow me to put the IP address into the target line in the program.

Make sure you use the correct format. When you type /ip in gameyou get something like: 18.195.67.47:0

In pingplotter you likely need to skip the last bit, so just 18.195.67.47

 

Ohterwise maybe share the errormessage or whatever is going wrong when trying to ping.
