Play high mobility build/spec so you can outrun enemies and OOC faster than them for mount. roaming around blue keep ebg is fantastic cus there's so many ways you can escape multiple people chasing you. The only real issue for me is that it makes it easier for groups of 3+ to chase you down, say, at NC on BL if they have the camp because mounts in their own territory are so much faster.
