Blazeridge Steppes unreachable event

On Blazeridge Steppes there is an event that pops up on the southern border that can't be reached because of an invisible wall. It shows up at a tower outside of the boundary. It you go directly between Ferrusatos Village and the Splinter Hills then directly south you'll see a tower where the event pops up.

 

Is this a bugged event? It's kind of annoying to have the event marker there that can't be reached when it's the daily event map.
