Actually engi underwater dps is some of the highest underwater dps you can get. You still have to rotate like normal, just with harpoon gun instead of rifle. yannhuei.2583 Posted April 23, 2019 Share Posted April 23, 2019 The toolbelt skills for Medic (Reconstruction Field) and Bulwark (Defense Field) gyros work underwater for me, but not the toolbelt skills for Purge (Chemical Field), Blast (Bypass Coating), Shredder (Spare Capacitor), or Sneak (Detection Pulse) gyros.
