New Player LF Raid and Fractal guild! NA

I am currently running a necro, the meta battle condi scourge build full vipers. I currently can do T4 fractals AR is 153. I have not done any raids. I am new to the game and have been grinding out what I learn along the way. However having a strong and good environment to learn with or from would be greatly appreciated. I play mostly in the evenings so 7:30 PM CST and later. and questions or if you need more information please dont hesitate to ask.
