That just proves there is a demand for something to be done about it. Maybe they should listen hmm. Change what luck does after its capped or convert it to something else. Obviously the players are on board with changing it.

If you perused the other threads (and even this one), you'd notice that ANet has listened. They even agree that there's an issue. They also have pointed out that it's more complicated than most of us realize. There are costs & consequences to changing reward, especially for something like luck that comes from salvaging, something that we already get rewarded for.

This is the state of the Essences of Luck after lvl 300. The best use of it is to destroy it. Or to donate it. A reward you can get the best profit by destroying it. But wait - you have to do some extra clicks for this. I think that the following idea is better:

I think this can be the best option we can have taking into account the dozens of topics on this subject and ANet's lack of reaction.

In this moment this "reward" is in fact a punishment for the players having 300 MF.
