Wintersbark short bow projectile

Hello! Does Wintersbark uses same ice projectile as Conjure Frost Bow does?

Wintersbark uses the same model as the Ice Bow created by the Conjure Frost Bow skill; Wintersbark and Wintersbite share the appearance of this weapon; that is what wiki says but still it's unclear to me about projectile model.

I'm inclined to say the "water arrow" style projectile is a skill thing, not a weapon skin thing.

 

I say this as someone who's never actually used, or seen the skin used in-game though.
