The second step is to verify if the payment actually got through. The third step is contacting support to ask what is wrong. good luck, I'm sure it will get resolved this way. The serial key is evidence of the purchase and ownership (and so it is important that you recieve it), but the deal is recieving the game, for the money you paid.
