Tzarakiel.7490 Posted July 26, 2019 Share Posted July 26, 2019 The first rune you equip from the set gives you the first effect. The second rune of the same set gives the second effect and so on. This is a basic gear mechanic used in almost every rpg. The only difference is that you can choose your set effect based on your runes instead of your armor pieces.
