Patch festival of the four winds to allow griffon challenge to be accessible with rented mounts ?

Just wanted to ask if its possible to do since I'm still a new player that doesnt have the Griffon yet. Maybe other players feel the same way. Just still wanted to do Griffin challenge if something like that can be easily added before festival ends.

The rentals don't have the masteries though as far as I know which makes doing them somewhat of a problem I would have thought?

 

That will be a deliberate design decision, so I can't see them changing it having been like it for the last year/year and a half
