Can we have a Message Box that will pop up when the selected Mastery Ability is ready to level up?

Don't seem to recall having any notifications when it does level up, sometimes I just keep on playing only to realize the Ability has already leveled up thus wasting my experience points when I could've used it to lvl up something else. Or is there some option in Game Setting I missed? Thanks.

_Before spending the points to acquire a mastery, or switching to train another mastery, any experience (up to one full XP bar) gained will be redirected to training the first unlocked, untrained, least progressed mastery track in the same mastery track, if one is available._

I know might be hard to always notice but there is the xp bar at the bottom of the screen and this flashes a little bit when it is full.

Having a notification on the top left like the annoying reminder that some gear may not have stats selected is definitely more obvious than a mere color change to a bar that is always there.
