Illusionary Inspiration

Hello everyone

I'm doing some theorycrafting on wvw and I think the "illusionary inspiration" trait is a bit weak (at least on wvw).

Perhaps increasing total healing, or increasing the healing power coefficient could offer more options in the available builds for mesmer.

Obviously, the current state of the mesmer requires much more profound changes but after the SoI nerf and the recent changes in chrono, no option has remained remotely viable for mesmer support lovers.
