How do I PM people?

How do I PM people on the new Forums?

I know how to do it on the older forums but when I click on the person's name, it doesn't give me an option to send them PM?

I think it's either not enabled, or you have to rank up to use it (either is possible)

I think you're a free-to-play player right? There is a restriction on that:

 

"Except for mutual friends, can only whisper in the same map, one new person every 30 seconds"

if this forum is anything like the other one, f2p players can't post here. the op is talking about here, on the forum.

You can edit your posts, but there's a time limit initially. Looks like for right now, and I don't know when it ends, you have fifteen minutes to edit your post after you post it.
