Timing issue of basic mace rotation

The April update sped up the mace auto chain by 0.3s which is fine in itself, but has produced a timing problem when the mace is traited.

 

With the trait (reduced recharge), you will notice that the recharge of #2 will be slightly too slow to align with 2 completions of the auto chain - by about 1 extra auto attack, and you are now presented with either an extended wait to complete the third chain, or wasting the first attack by interrupting the chain.

 

With the old timing, the #2 would be recharged just before completing the second auto chain, making it available to cast as soon as the chain completed.

 

Please carry this change to its logical conclusion and update the recharge speed of #2 in order for mace to have a smooth rotation again.
