Corraidhin.3986 Posted December 5, 2019 Share Posted December 5, 2019 I have tried to purchase gems using the information I have a couple of times today, but both times were met with an error. I have double-checked funds in my card to make sure I was not going over my balance, but the transaction failed once more. Hey guys, I had the same problem as many of you here. Contacted support by submitting a ticket and they fixed the issue for me within several hours. Great service!
