Gem purchase error

I have tried to purchase gems using the information I have a couple of times today, but both times were met with an error. I have double-checked funds in my card to make sure I was not going over my balance, but the transaction failed once more. Is anyone else having similar issues purchasing gems lately? or should I just wait and try later/tomorrow?

Hey guys,

I had the same problem as many of you here. Contacted support by submitting a ticket and they fixed the issue for me within several hours.
