Good budget graphics card for GW2?

So it's been 7 years since I upgraded my gaming rig. It was high time because I can hardly play GW2 on best performance..

 

I was/am on a budget though + being more of a console gamer so didn't really splurge on my components. I also don't need to be at Ultra settings but I do want to see most of the beauty of GW2. With Black Friday deals, this is what I have right now: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/z7Mhk6

 

My friend was supposed to find his older card and try to fix it but I'm not counting on that working so I'm looking at cards online. Just wondering what would be budget friendly (under 300$) or should I splurge a bit and go for a higher end card? (under 400$) The other games I play are things like Stardew Valley, Don't Starve, etc.

To be fair for the games you listed (and GW2), the 1060 6GB would be enough. However between the choices you've mentioned, I'd go with the 1660 Super as it's the best for price per performance ratio. ;)
