Did the magic find cap get raised?

I checked my account-wide magic find today, and found it to be 301%. I thought it was capped at 300%. Did the cap get removed?

 

NOTE: This is just the displayed percent in the H display (achievement tab), not the calculated current value for any given character.

The cap of 300 is from luck essences and doesn't include perma account bonuses from Ap reward trackchests which will take you over 300 in the screen you refer to. Perma account bonuses show in that tab

 

Your tooltip will confirm your true luck essence based magic find out of the potential 300 cap when you hover your mouse over it.

 

eg I have 266 MF from luck essences and my achievement rewarded MF is 17 meaning I have an account total of 283 before any food or buff etc adds on

 

TLDR: Account based MF isn't capped at 300. Only MF from luck essences is capped at 300
