Does Heroic and Exp Booster stacks?

They stack in duration, not effect. Easily checked on the wiki: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Experience

Both the Experience as well as the Heroic Booster provide the base 50% experience bonus effect (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Experience_Booster_(effect)), which as mentioned, stacks with its self in duration.

I've found that players are often very helpful, especially in major city hubs like Divinity's Reach. So I guess we have a diverging experience here.

There is always an off-chance that no one is available/willing to help when population is low (like during family holidays or during off hours). Also make sure to remain polite, and try again at a later time when no one can help.

Crafting gives you XP if you wanna know

If you max out Cooking from 1-400 , you will gain 8-9 lvl (regadlesof what lvl you are atm) = costs 3 gold

Very small exp from 1-150 crafting , but humogous after 250+

Jewlery another 8-9 lvl =9 gold

Another trick is to open the Map ingame :

On the Left side you will see some ''XXX Map Completetions '' goals

Try to find those goals scattered all over the map , and you will get 1 lvl + 3/4 of the lvl as try to find them

Just run/skip anything /no need to kill anything

Although kill the mobs near the hearts(or read the description quests)

It works in every single area

Running throught 10 maps = 17 lvl

Do the personal (green) quests = 1 lvl each

Mine/gather materials as your run to complete the Map complettition = 0,5 lvl each area

Heroic and exp, they dont stack in exp as they said just in time... 2 hours each so 2 + 2 = 4 hours of bonus exp and stuff stuff stuff xD.

What I said is true. I have personally done this when HoT and POF came out.

Edit:

For those unaware of how all of the exp boosters work:

> While the Experience Booster (fine) and the Experience Booster both grant 50% bonus experience and have the same icon, they are treated separately and can be used at the same time to get a combined bonus of 100%.

Crafting isn't useless. The armor professions allow you to craft bags with special properties. The weapon professions each allow you to craft "utility items" (sharpening stones for weaponsmith, maintenence oil for huntsman, potions/crystals for artificer) which convert 2 stats into another based on a percentage. Scribe allows you to craft stuff for your guild, and writs which get you a bonus when you are above a certain health threshold. All of these utilities give you a 10% experience bonus, some may give you karma as well. Cook gives you a ton of food buffs, which also give experience and some also give karma bonus. Jeweler allows you to make trinkets and universal upgrades.
