Anchoku.8142 Posted March 1, 2020 Share Posted March 1, 2020 The condition "Fear" must be applied by you for Terror to proc damage. Resistance prevents Fear from affecting the target _while that boon is active_. All conditions are disabled while the boon Resistance is active. Terror uses the condition damage stat so there may be two ways of disabling conditions; a flag in the code to disable the condi directly and a flag to zero out all incoming damage using the condi damage stat. However they do it, Resistance is the Stability boon for condi. It is kind of amazing Necro does not have it but Necro does have corruptions and transfers.
