Laucher crashes after pressing the install button

Gw2Setup-64.exe becomes not responding as soon as I hit the Install button. OS is Windows 10 Pro 64bit. I have tried running as admin, using windows 7/8 compatibility mode, disabling anti-virus etc.

EDIT: This is an issue with the latest build version of the launcher. I had to copy the entire game folder from another pc and it works.

Rename Gw2Setup-64.exe to Gw2-64.exe and place it wherever you want it, such as C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\. This will cause it to install to its current folder.

Thanks for the advice, I have copied the game from another pc instead of downloading it again.
