Aurene missing from Eye of the North?

Probably a minor bug but isn't Aurene supposed to be in the Eye of the North map? I can hear her talking during the story step but her model seems to be missing by the scrying pool. She was sitting there in the preview.

Yep. The area where she used to sit is even cordoned off with invisible wall, but she seems to be just as invisible.

It might be related to culling because sometimes I see her and sometimes I don't. It's probably at its worst right now because of all the people there for the new content. Anet should bump up her rendering priority or disable culling for her.

Saw her at 1st patch, after 1st hotfix (where my guildies next to me didn't see her anymore) and today she disappeared forever even for me. Even on map with a low population of players.

I don't think it's mob culling. You can usually click on culled mobs to select and reveal them, but Aurene is completely gone.

From latest patch note: "Fixed an issue that could cause Aurene to be invisible during story scenes in Eye of the North."

 

But I just went to the Eye of the North at the scrying pool and I still see no Aurene. (I have completed the story). So Aurene is still missing.

Still missing after today's patch. I set my character model limit to highest as well. This character has completed the story.

I am not 100% sure on this but I think that when you go to EoTN with a character who hasn't progressed that far in the story it won't load Aurine in as she's a pretty big spoiler for post Season 4 content and EoTN only requires PoF to access (as a dev mentioned in another post the EoTN waypoint appears for everyone not just characters playing the visions of the past content)

 

I think this is where the bug is coming from, Characters who have played that content should be able to see her but her model is not loading in as if they havent played the content.

 

That's my theory anyway.

You may be right, I only see her there on the character that did the latest stories. The rest of my alts see an empty pool there.
