Yes, but it doesn't appear in the Outfits section is what I'm saying. I couldn't find a record of it in-game. I even double checked just now, knowing the name of it, and it doesn't show up. I’ve noticed before that items not yet purchased sometimes don’t show up. Why that is, I don’t know. Perhaps ANet forgets to add them to the UI.
