Stealth usually works, when you are under stealth you don't get hit. You can buy the ash legion kits and harpy feathers to get it done, if you can't reach a kind thief or engi :)

I agree. I also experience huge lag when in Amnoon, which makes it really problematic when there is a massive crowd of people. Also, it would be nice to do something about the like 90% of people just afking during the pre-events but getting the same exact rewards as those few fools (like myself) who actually do the pre. Or at least add some new items with those casino coins, that would be awesome too :)

Yes, please. Mounting can simply automatically make your character back to normal without removing the transformation, so that when you dismount your character will be still transformed, without having to do it manually every time. If it happens with soulbeast, pets and some skills, I'm pretty sure it can also happen with tonics...

Agreed. But they will probably release yet another blacker black dye, costing hundreds of golds that will look better on those items to keep the grind going. ?

Events and bosses indeed upscale depending on the number of people participating, the more people, the tougher. That's easier to notice on smaller events, like during dailies, when many people are around and mobs that are usually veterans and lower start to appear as elite and champions :)

I agree for more customisation, it's been really long since we had something new for our characters (especially if playing Asura, in the specific.) But I don't see the need to change the way makeover kits are. You can still buy them with gold or even statuettes.

I agree that a revamp of the rewards would be good, can't see any reason to go to those maps beside HPs and dailies.

I think that always full inventory is a feature, I came across two and they had inventory full for days and days, never changed skins, never said a word. But I also think that many people have never even come across a real bot and simply point their fingers at any player using invisible mode (I do it, to avoid being whispered while in a context where I can't just stop to chat) or having basic skins. I was accused of being a bot even, probably because of being on invisible. ANet might be flooded by reports of bots that are actually regular players and that makes the process of identifying and removing the real bots slower.

I'm pretty sure it won't happen. They clearly want players to keep doing DS meta and not abandon it after they got what they want. I mean, you even need to do the event for map completion, you can't join a map that is already at a % of advancement in the Meta and so on. Giving a set amount of CO in home could reduce the number of people willing to do these events and leave those who need them, beyond the crystalline ore, in troubles.

I am doing it for a sense of completion on my new main, after many years. Also to refresh my memory on the older events, but that's it.

It honestly took me years to come up with what, in my mind, was my perfect main: asura guardian. I am still working on doing all the stories and map completions on this character. (Took me 8 years of continuous changes and story scattered all over my ALTs and characters that aren't even there anymore.) One of the main causes of my indecision has always been roleplay (not in game), that influence my preferences and decisions in GW2 as well, thus most of the time, my characters in game are representations of my roleplay characters. ^^

The only reason I can see is for 'advertising' the guild, but considering my guild doesn't seem to do any kind of promotion and in the rare case you find someone spontaneously asking to join, finding an officer willing to just invite the person is harder than dropping a precursor... I guess that in most cases it's simply 'vanity'.

I think skyscale pets would be too similar to wyverns, also for their skill. And that they won't reuse the mount breeds as pets, or they would have probably done that in PoF. (Not talking about skins, I know there is the sand lion one, but the creatures themselves, Jakal, Raptor etc).

What does it change so much though, if they still have to go on Google to translate? It's just a few extra seconds to go on discord and copy from there, I mean, there is still the 'move to browser' part anyway. As for you, the app version for phone of discord is very handy and would inconvenience you less.

For what my opinion is worth, I think I good place to learn is also T3 fractals. That might give you some good challenges as healer, especially if you join a no req team. ;)

I sadly can't help with this myself, as I'm tragically bad with JPs (I even had to ask a friend to do that puzzle for me for the Astralaria collection >>) But I've noticed that there are often people in the looking for group offering free ports to that puzzle. So, maybe you can have luck there, it nobody offers it here :)

The best thing you can do with it, in my opinion, is doing the first story quest of Path of Fire, that will unlock the raptor mount for all your account. Done that, start another character from scratch so that you can take your time learning your class, the world, explore and do the personal story. Sure, you can do all this with the level 80 character too. If you really want to play that one without doing the regular levelling up, I'd recommend to still start with exploring the core maps, that are much easier than the HoT and PoF ones, in order to get more familiar with the combat, the class, the game itself. :)
