Maybe some kind of damaged, rusty or dusty effects could be done via the dyes system? I've no idea if it's technically possible, but that would be great way of doing it. I'd love to be able to apply a 'beat up' effect on whatever wanted. =)

As someone previously mentioned, my guess is it's a way of transferring gold quickly to an alt account. 1. Main sends item to alt. 2. Alt lists on TP. 3. Main buys item. 4. Alt collects gold. I used to use this method in SWOTOR to get creds fast to alts (on the same account, but mailing creds directly is impossible if not subbed).

Hi, If it's your first play through I recommend that you go back and play your story, then go through the expansions, living world etc in order. Stories, characters etc will be much more enjoyable and make a lot more sense to you as you progress. A bunch of stuff happens in the Heart of Thorns and Path of Fire that will make absolutely no sense to you if you've not experienced the earlier stories. The same goes for Living World episodes. :)

As far as story episodes go, I don't do them till all of them are available. So I've not been to any of the new areas so far. I'll also be waiting till all the voice acting is implemented. Consequently I've done exactly zero of any of the metas =) In the meantime I have two characters progressing through earlier LW and expansion stuff. Plus Fractals, dailies, crafting, etc etc.
