  1. It is my main MMORPG, but not my main game; I'm bouncing between Final Fantasy 10, FF10-2, Valkyria Chronicles, Disgaea 5, Persona 5 Royal, Forsaken World, and a little bit of Hunie Pop ~~don't judge me i play for the puzzles and the story oooooooof~~ when I don't feel like anything else. The only time I have ever done the gear grind in this game is to get the ascended armor for my Guardian and I only do that in small chunks so I don't get burnt out.

Speaking strictly for myself here, but if that ever became a thing I would uninstall the game. I know no one would care because I'm just one person...still, this has been discussed before and has been shot down every time. Every. Time. Also, how hard is it to do a search in this search engine or _any_ search engine for that matter? I mean, this has been discussed before. > > Open world pvp is optional though. You need to be in war mode. So, if your Guild Leader puts the guild into War Mode, that means everyone in that guild will be flagged? I think that would cause some defection in the said guild, especially if it was done out of spite or in a moment of anger. I just think that it can be easily abused and in the long run won't really contribute much. It will satisfy a very small niche of people.

This would just be the side benefit to having sound customization. > If you ever find a way to do that, let me know. That would crack me up so much. I would actually put it on speaker so my husband could hear it, yeet off a cliff, and let him hear The Price is Right Losing horn. XD (probably followed up with said husband making the sad "wonk wonk wonk" noise and making me laugh harder. On topic, if this were a wide-spread problem, I suspect they might make the "death" music part of ambient sound, maybe.

If this is the case, what happens if there's a disconnect? What happens if there's an emergency? Can you continue on without the person, like normal, or do you have to wait? > In this way: > - With a minimum of extra programming, ANET can **recycle ALL maps, but expanding a lot of content** and a new mode (already tested in a small version). > - If your entire team dies, they have to **start over from Lion's Arch** (they can revive each other, if at least 1 survives). > - You have to advance in extreme difficulty, and with a **real challenge**, but with great rewards. > - If you **exchange characters within the mega-fractal, they appear in the same place** as the previous one (without affecting the exploration of the PvE map of each character), allowing to reformulate the strategies and functions in the team. _Upon exiting the mega-fractal, each character returns to where it was_. > - **Meals, armor repair, potions and teamwork take on real importance**, having to stock up before starting. > > _____ > Extras (they are only alternatives to consider, do not condemn the original idea if you do not like one): > 1) **Clan War**: <--snip because Clan wars is basically a modified WvW scenario I mean, you may not respond, but I'm trying to understand.
  6. I know this will never happen, but putting all level 80s + MP on overflow maps, whilst leaving the new players in low-level zones alone in the main may be helpful. That way, the new folks have a place to grow and learn and the veterans have a place to do map completion and events. And, of course, scale down the heckin' mount damage in the starting area.
  7. "You're Gonna Go Far, Kid"- The Offspring
  8. Right now, I'm just kind of riding the waves. I find unguarded enthusiasm to be rather troublesome. Could it be good? Yes. Could it not be? Yes. Will it really affect my goals? No. I'm trying not to set goals that are out of my reach, it's kind of like the affirmation of happiness: "I am happy" as opposed to "I will be happy." Saying I am opposed to I will be is kind of pointless.

It would be like: "Wow, I slave away while you're out gallivanting around acting like a hero or something. You must think you're awesome or something, but you'd think that the great hero of blah blah blah would pay better." (It's not the best choice, it's Spacer's Choice~●☆)

Didn’t think so If he'd give me a hug and a head pet, I would totally mine rocks and plants. I love to garden and also like to destroy things. <3 (and if he gives me spicy food and sweets, that's a plus) On topic! I would actually like that. Especially if I can have a Skritt and I can pay it with shinies ~~junk~~ and food. And booze.
  11. I'm going to try and make my first Legendary and finish grinding for full Ascended gear for my Firebrand. (I'm a little over half way there. :O )
  12. My GW2 family is at the top! Plenty of ways to help others and a stellar community. I also love the locales and the characters. Always lots of things to do, too. Welcome back!
  13. > @"lummuss.6850" said: > Well, I respect other opinions than mine. But I believe that every festival should meet the needs and the pleasure of as many players as possible. Festivals have always been the best things I enjoy on GW2, so much so that when a festival approaches being active in the game, I start to get anxious and create a lot of expectations to play it. I think that going into anything with expectations is setting oneself up for disappointment. That's really pessimistic of me, but that's the way I see it. Also, if you're getting anxious because of your expectations, then this is no longer a game, it's almost a chore. If you need help with something, I wouldn't mind helping, but you should know I have a really awful sense of direction. XD

I confess I've played WvW, but it's not something I do a lot (because i suck at it). I can definitely sympathize, though.

I fear that this will create an even wider rift between us and the game itself. I'm a bit frustrated with the lack of communication or the ambiguity of what is communicated. > > Actually its a 'huge middle finger salute' to the entire community. Aye, that it is. The sad thing is I want to be supportive, but this kind of thing makes me question whether or not it's the right thing to do. We need communication and that doesn't seem to be happening. I mean, I get in some cases it would be rather damning, but this isn't one of those scenarios.
