  1. 1) They should also put a mechanic that flips the Team score of both teams at the 10th minute of the match . (most gives ups happen at 8:20) The leading team , is guaranteed to get the 6 rating Win(the current is 11 , i believe) and they can get even more, if they score more points till the end of the match (10 points = 1 Rating) . The looser team , if the difference is bigger than 250 points , any capture point will tick slower , and when they 15 min mark comes up , they will loose the game not having the chance to win at least 4 Rating . Every week , if they win matches or they are ahead/120 points difference from the other team when the 10 min marks hits , they get an achievement points . 10x Achievement points = 1x PvP potion , that can be used in the Tournament persimon..Byzantium participation chests for extra rewards 2) People that have been reported as afk/harassing/throwing the match for their friends +have the lowest stats (not enough healing/damage/captured base, because they afk) , force this mechanic not to be activated , so their friend in the enemy team gets to win only 6 Rating . (or simply keep using the current model of 8 min match = 7 rating , and excuse my rambling:P But it sounds like a good "lie" :p ) Edit: Or the system every 10 sec chooses a player and place a invisible golden aura on **the area his stands** . If that same person , the next time the system cyrcles the players and choose him again and spot him near the same vicinity of the same "golden aura"(or many areas) and not on Captured Bases , his aura is corrupted and at the end of the match , based on how many corrupted combos he has , he takes the lose or Rating + the enemies gains less Rating , because the system detected an afk (something like the encryption mechanics , that some programs tells you move the mouse in random direction for 30 sec. Bots wouldn't take the same exact same path also ?) And an announcement , for that afk person would make the others feel "good" :P
  2. Maybe a https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Death%27s_Carapace for new players , while they loose stacks as they gain more rating . Plus other newer players every 1min gain -10 stack penetration , while the older ones gain -3 . So at the 6th/7th min mark of EVERY game , everything is open season . You don't loose much rating , if you deal max damage to characters that don't have Carapace Plus damage done on points , fill a gauge that either has a chance to: a) become a "dead zones" -healing reduction > try to capture another base /let it be flipped b) offer might/removes other boons c) or you you get hard cc-ed , a bomb will spawn at your location that will knock back both

That's a **lot** of effort for a niche. > > Raids were made as the ultimate challenge, how many would be up to that challenge was anyone's guess when they launched. Keep in mind that the game always advertised as having this "challenge" for players but unfortunately the challenging content of the game proved to not be really challenging in the end. > > > I think they had every expectation that far more people would raid than the amount that actually do, and they're doing all the wrong things to try and make it happen. > > Or rather, Raid participation exceeded their expectations and instead of following on that success they decided to send the Raid team to build 2 of the living world episodes of Season 3. And then make LOADS of design/management mistakes with Raids. The lack of rewards in the POF raids, the disastrous release cadence, the mistake of releasing the harder Raid wing before the easier ones, the complete neglect and miscommunication with the community. The first Raids were released after being tested by actual players, the community play-tested and helped developed them, then that partnership stopped. After ALL that neglect and gross mismangement, obviously participation rates plummeted, and we arrived where we are now. Oh you mean the first Raids was tested by a top guild , internally . And when the Raid was released , that guild , having played it /tested all the time /already new the strategies , came up with the 1st world kill and on the twitter , they typed "it was easy:P" ? I prefer the GW1 version , where top Korean PvP teams , where saying Ezzy what to buff , got booted at GW2 development and cried about anti-meele game at GW2 launch Ahh that War Machine Warrior... :) edit: KP and LI , should come up from other sources , just like Raids must have the same rewards at the latest Open Areas(which after a while , they are no longer profitable because of the over farming) Or DRM , should be improved to scale up to 15 people (scalable raids) , so there won't be a need for linking KP/gear
  4. If Blue team consist of Cores or 1x specialization from each class , while the the Red team has 3x same specialization .... Blue gets 1 points per 2 sec + 50 less points needed to win based on how many Core they have at the start of the game (if they switch Cores > the effect is permanently lost) :P edit: Or switching Elite>Core and playing it for 7 min , the effect/threshold is also reduce (5 people using elites for 150 points gain and the all play core for auto win/comeback vs Bunkers) Uno Card , Magic Dandy Fingers:P
  5. Reduce the Win/Loss rating late at night (2win /4 loss) . Some players are joining with their friends (core) , and if they happens not to be in the same team , they will start badmouthing others and afk after the 3rd min ( _check in the opposite team who the other players are , and find a pattern/his friend_ ) Or boosting/unlocking pvp item/tittles > business for real money (use those accounts on MOTA instead...) In retrospect , increase the rewards for winning . Or in the Leaderboard right next to your win/lose , we can see how many night/day accumulated ratings/currency , you gained . Plus if the majority of their games (1-100%) ended too fast (8 min , afk-trashtalking) , your tittle is a little "distorted/ugly/not noticeable " . If you happen to play 40% morning/60% night , the threshold of 1-100% mechanic , is reduced and your title wont be distorted
  6. About the dialogue , what do you propose ? Giving a simple text editor program , where it has the current dialogue and right next to it the character name . Where people can change the context and show up like text bubbles , and no sound will come up from the characters, just some Covid Episodes ? Allowing them also to create mini-bubbles/dialogue , so even if the camera /scene is on the character and is speaking , a text bubble from another character will show on the right side of the screen ? People that have used real money , have a catalogue with "text-packs" to choose from ? And the most top voted gets Gems and while the rest , some smaller amount ? If the writer , have cliff hangers , the people must go into previous episodes , to re-play them ? For the rest for the community , Events drop random "text-packs from random writers ?
  7. **Maybe a "Toss A Coin To Your Witcher " mechanic + the Fractal participation we had ? Where people that have completed the Raid , get a magical "Coin" that offer luck to the bearer .** _Meaning that it will force you to go in the Training Golem and try to test your damage x10 times , then the system will take your best score (with buffs) and try to calculate the difference with it and most usual Raid damage meters . Then occasionally the Coin will shoot "Fire blast" , every 3 sec ,to fill the meter gap. There's also a minimal threshold , while he wears Knights Gear_ **The coin effect is reduced with each successful attempts (reaching 0) , and your account cannot benefit from it any longer , or when it is gifted to you again. You can only hold 2 coins per account . You get max end monthly rewards/participation , based on how many coins you spread towards other people. You get bonus coin participation , if a people with "fresh coin" completes a Raid** _toss it, to the people in LA , or the starting areas , ot Deposit it in a "Flower" outside the LA Raid Area (one per 5 days), with a "Personal message -Keep the Change" attached_ _Then , there still KP..._ **edit:** _Maybe representatives from Training Guilds , using the LFG , offer Gems to their Guild/based participation ?_
