Oh, but then again, you would only have 1 Elite Skill and however many racial skills so, you would only gain more Elite Skill after doing Personal Story? Sounds kind of hard to get Elite Skill. I haven't even gotten started with [HoT](https://wiki-en.guildwars2.com/wiki/Guild_Wars_2:_Heart_of_Thorns).

Or penguins could somehow be tied to the DSD and you just might find them when exploring the icy depths.
