so technically speaking, its posible to go power with gs/lb now instead of s/a / lb?

i think it worth noting that this only affected the Sunscythe, Scythe Staff and Oblivion were not affected

  4. hello, before anything, yes, i know that chronomancers are the best tanks for raids, however my guild has just started raiding and currently we dont have a chrono to fill that spot so i though i could for the meantime try to fill up the spot with a temporary build with my soulbeast, however im not good making builds, i made this one as a template using condition as the mean of damage and using stance share and dire stats, i was wondering if i could get some suggestions for it?

  5. i just noticed that there seem to be lately multiple videos showing that aparently power soulbeast has gotten enough power to gain a slot as one of the dps classes in fractals 40 farming

    here is a few

wanted to know your opinion about them, might the be good enough to use for overall endgame for escenarios like say, raids or other dps race battles?

  6. hi, i would like to try d/d condi soulbeast, however before spending money on crafting a viper set i wanted to know, from those that have tested it, how viable is the build for all escenario pve? that is, raid, open world, and fractal (specially interested in this one to see if it can replace my fractal character) and how is its surviability? with power i managed to hold myself pretty well thanks to the extra vit from marauder and utility, but from what i seen, condi SB trades all surviability on its utilities for everything that can increase damage and seems that you even have to cap on beastmode, losing you pet tanking hits for you

is it good enough? i mean, does it earns its raid slot compared to other condition classes?

  8. Maybe soulbeast could like you. Has decent spikes as power( nos as great as holo but nice too) and even greater continous condition dmg. Several CC, you have mobility moves on Gs, S and D main hand. Longbow to snipe from afar, can easily solo most champs with pets doing the tanking job. And you dont feel lonely when youre playing solo xp

  9. I love my thunder wyvern, it saddened me a little that he wasnt a power archetype because then i would have never switched, but I have done pretty good combo with him and my smoke scale

Also im a bit of a solo player, and my pet gives me company XD

Cant remember wich has been his best moment, but one i actually lol about was when i got ambushed by a lot of inquest asuras in a underwater champion event, i though i had killed all of them since even my shark was back at my side, then a couple of then downed me from behind and my shark inmediatly swam over one and one shoted him with a bite. I was just about to press the command for lick wounds when the kill brought me up and it was like my character saying "no no no, im fine im fine, no need to lick wounds" (I mean, a "shark" coming over to lick my "bloody" wound after practically tearing an asura into pieces in a feeding frenzy? No thanks xD

  10. dude, for god kitten sake, if you are going to speak about story content, then put a

notice in the thread name like PoF final boss/Departed as Thief. Not a kitten spoiler like the final boss name not everyone knows how the last boss of PoF was called (like me) and most probably didnt wanted to know until they arrived at that part themselves

  11. i dont understand whats the hate with DEs in pvp matches, i admit that bad deadeyes are horrible, gosh they are, because they try to play it as a thief class, runing into skrimishes and not understanding that its supposed to be played as a ranged offensive support or dont know how to re position and re ambush after they are targeted.

but good deadeyes are a incredible adition to the team, quickly detecting wich people are using glassy builds in order to down them fast from afar, horrible if ignored, causing enemy trops in skrimishes to scatter by making one or more having to disengage and separate from the group to go after them.

most DE dont realize that you dont need to re mark a target in order to use DJ on a different person, i played yesterday with a pretty awesome DE who was extremely hard to catch and stacked malice with a target, downed them, but allowed them to rot there in downed mode to finish charging malice and use it on a DJ to whoever tried to revive the downed mark or on someone with 50% or so hp downing them instantly

  12. wouldnt be cool if Anet designed a system that allowed you to save 2 or more sets of specializations with their corresponding armors and weapons saved alongside it and allowed you to change between them with a single click after being off combat for a brieft time (say, 10s as to not abuse it in middle of a fight)? that way one could enjoy using both elites and switching between them when they feel like they will soon be needing one more than the other
