  1. Give gimpy mirages the 2nd dodge back, the class is a joke.

I saw its an off support, healer? With a lot of boon strip. Any advices on how to play this class effectively in group? I guess solo is not an option here :D God aweful choice. You should rethink that.

I mean the threads to browse through - can comment, but it makes no changes or difference as there's zero communication (or belief in communication) with the devs and the game. > > > > Come to the forum to talk about your online "world", or just spend time playing it instead. Could ask why I post, and I do ask myself that same question :) > > > > But for the general population, seriously, why would they bother? > > > > > > I enjoy these discussions on my breaks at work or when I can't get home to game. It would be nice if they had more activity. Exactly that.

You guys against, what’s the motivation to not want a more lively wvw section? I for one would love to say gfs to the hod engine, the guy was stellar at fighting. But that alone would make this a match up thread and, POW gone.

Wvw forum went cold when people stopped believing the hype, no point of discussion when the developers won't talk to you, and the same topics get regurgitated every month. Obviously very little wvw develop is being done as well the last few years. > > > > > You obviously wasn’t here or just don’t remember how lively and fun them threads were, sure some salt but a lot of “gfs” > > > > lmao I've been here since day one, 99% of those threads degenerated into salt fest, which probably generated a river of reports to anet which is why eventually they decided it was just better to ban that discussion altogether. They were so "fun" they couldn't even sustain their own forums after the anet ban on them. Plenty of good stuff in them old match threads, they got more traffic then any of the other threads on this entire wvw section. These days it’s pretty much dead on this forum. Match up threads would definitely bring people back here to interact and then browse through other topics. I’d rather have a lively semi salty forum then a dead one. As of now this forum section is basically on life support. Bah them player made forums were not the same, silly example.

  7. When I tag up, I steamroll over duels because it happens to me all the time. It’s gonna happen.
  8. If this bothers you, then just don’t play wvw. Because you’ll always be mad. My advice is to welcome any challenge or stay close to a magical door.
  9. I’ve been playing on mag am est time for a long time 7 years or so. It has its ups and downs. From zero people to a few. We used to have a bunch of guilds run them sea/ocx hours, but ppt guilds and pvx guilds that don’t really fight well get trolled hard by the late night Na pm guys that sometimes don’t sleep. So they xfer off. It’s been happening for years. It still happens from time to time. So what we have left is a revolving morning crew that’s either new or just learning enough to still be bad. Being a mag off hours player all these years made me a better player. Most people that play those hours on mag will quit or xfer before they get good sadly. Obs
  10. > @"LonePanda.9283" said: That being said, it's still the most fun I've had in gw2 because it's no pressure, plenty of action, reliable teammates and amusing teamchat. And this is why I’m on mag so long. It’s kitten warfare all day everyday.

Maybe, if NSP can PPT everything that's not EBG. It's always been a challenge for Mag to play outside of mother's watchful gaze, so let's hope NSP can keep it up > > I don't know why it's so hard for some people to understand that Mag DOES NOT CARE about PPT. They live in EBG because it's high action and fastest to traverse to get to a fight. All the server does is call where zergs/groups are, everyone congregates in that area to fight it off, rinse and repeat. If there's a group to fight somewhere that isn't moving but constantly regrouping _(common places for this to occur are at Ogrewatch, SMC side of Green Keep, and at the ruins choke of Blue Keep),_ they will stay there and fight endlessly until action dries up. > > No one cares if they lose the match, and no one cares if an objective flips. A "2v1 alliance", which right now it isn't, would be something Mag would enjoy because it means they don't have to go anywhere for action. > The only way to annoy the server is to do what BG does and dodge the cloud by staying off EBG. Some true, some false. True - mag doesn’t care about ppt. True - we like Ebg for the access to fast fights. False - we don’t care about what tier we are in. Idealy we want quality fights throughout the day. False - we don’t like to lose a match if it means staying red or being in t4. I speak for all of mag. Plz n ty
  12. You should really make sure you have 2 sticks of ram running in dual channel mode. It helps this game DRAMATICALLY

But hey if you like sitting in SMC all day Mag is the one for you > I paired with Mag once. Although there are friendly players/commanders, it is the most toxic server I have played. Need to turn off the team chat. Bunch of kittens
