If I would play pvp, I would put the same topic on the pvp topic. The possibility of a rude message on WvW is my attempt. Mine and thousands of players. So this is the right place for that. Me and most of the players have to accept rude messages through an underdeveloped system if they do not win with someone. The same goes for people who play well. This is not a reason to write whatever word in the chat will be replaced with *****. I'm almost certain there's a function in the settings called "profanity filter" or something similar which turns all those big mean, nasty, bully words you hate into stars. I'm not entirely sure if that affects mails but then i don't read your comments so what would i know...

So you want a filter that only "friends" can message you in an MMO because you get some bad mouth whispers/mails every now an then that you don't want to see? So if someone wanted to ask what build you're running or simply compliment you on a good fight they wouldn't be able to because you're so paranoid of getting an offensive message? Not bashing but maybe you shouldn't be playing an MMO that has any form of a competitive mode...

No, they can't. If you block someone they can't whisper or mail you. Although they can block you and send you whispers/mails but you can't message back.

ANet update server populations every Monday, at least on https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/World it's updated every Monday. In-game it's probably updated more regularly, correct me if i'm wrong.

Assuming WvW ranks equates to skill is laughable. There's too many alt accounts around and PvP mains that dip into WvW on low ranks and will thrash "high rank WvWers". Poor excuse to bash a video...

Buy Blueprints (Catas and Shield Gens net the most gold iirc) or convert them into Badges of Tribute via Guild Halls and sell those... Otherwise wait on a miracle that ANet will implement a badges sink. *Laughs self to sleeep*
