I could envision a back alley thug role play. There are limitless possibilities. I’m just saying of the other weapons (hammer, great sword, etc) those seem too “loud” for my role play of sneaky thieves.

doesn't have to be an entire espec, just something more substantial then a skin, a "back alley tug" theme for example
> What would be one of your wishes / day dreams for adding a weapon to thief?
i don't really care since it's just a skin(s), i'm more of a lore/mechanics type of guy

the issue i see is that i don't really see what espec they could make that'd use a blackjack or a mace and that your suggestion could use a bit more substance then a weapon skin

there's more to thief then silent threat and your weapon should be based on your espec's theme so just asking about weapons is kinda mute

the issue isn't that raids are too hard, it's that the shift from general pve content to raids is as smooth as batman's voice, not just because of the difficulty spike but also because it requires a shift in player mentality.

cosmetics aren't content.
we had 2 festivals (might not be content you like but it's still content).
we're not in a content drought, we're in downtime (there is a difference)
also what xpac announcement ?
-
even in games with open world pvp bringing it inside cities is a bad idea
-
take off that tin foil hat
-
Optimized Activation sounds exploitable as cat
-
1) no, because AI
2) theme looks like a hybrid between demon stance and necro minions but without it's own identity
3) having a minion for each core rev legend is just unrealistic
-
pretty sure that had to do with the ghosts we saw later on (and even had there own camp in ep6)
-
to celebrate jimmy's birthday, let's talk about his dad's alcoholism
-
i think both systems work for their respective game
-
my predictions are that there's gonna be a Norn "civil" war

sounds more like a L2P issue then a design issue
>Furthermore, it might be better to take the trait Martyr; with scourge you still have access to transfers as the trait is triggered and you can transfer them before they get consumed for life force.
martyr and plague signet serve 2 different purposes (that being self sustain and condi application respectively). plague signet fits more with a corruption necro then a support necro

because it's one of few signets where the passive and active work in synergy with each other and it also fits with a corruption necro. honetly i think that the only reason ppl don't like it is because the passive isn't solely beneficial on it's own like other signet passives.

the current system is significantly better
-
no, you can already complete every JP with the help of mesmers. all you need to do is ask for help
-
plague signet doesn't need change if anything i consider it one of the better designed signets

I think that change should be a constant because "balance" is an illusion that can never be reached. This doesn't, however, mean that you should change an enjoyable mechanic without good reason or that all change is good.

change for the sake of change and change to prevent stagnation are 2 different things

charr, asura, sylvari and norn do noy follow the religious believes of the humans and some actively look down on humans because of their religious views. on top of that charr have criminalized religion
also guardians were literally made to be the religious class like paladins but without any religious lore as to remain race neutral
