mending/ berserker stance are flexy. 2nd weap set is prob gs but could do some other nonsense if ya want. was originally mace/ shield but its pretty slow as you can imagine. don't feel like kick is flexy since that cc and weak is pretty nice as a filler when dealing with that 9 sec weap swap, as well as an easy way to give you adren.

This is what I run atm, it's focused on team fights mostly, just in and out and heal back and forth. Best I can do since I have no clue how to deal any sort of relevant damage with standard Greataxe. It's mostly about building adrenaline quick with beyblade, swap to gs use berserk > heal (full adrenaline) > berserk > headbutt (full adrenaline) > berserk and then lick your wounds if not everything is dead already. It does also have stunbreak and healing with the shouts.
