Legendary back items and dyes

Now that we have some capes that we can dye, could we please have legendary back items upgraded that we could also dye it?

I love the Warbringer, but I always wished that the color of the red flags could be changed...

ANET said that now they can offer dyeable back pieces, it would not be retroactive, and that unfortunately applies to Legendary back pieces. Because once they say "ok, we'll re-do the Legendary one", then people will try to justify why EVERY back piece should get the same treatment. Easier to just say "no" to everyone.

Or they could offer a way to upgrade the backpeices into a t2 version, like conflux and transendance, which now have dye channel. It would be retroactive adding them because they would now be a new item.

they can do it retroactive but that requires them to reapply the back piece in the game and add dye sections to the back piece, in short it takes time.
