How do you become a ANet partner?

Recommended Posts

I'm not going to details, but I'm in a tough situation right now.

Cash is really tight... almost broke tbh.

Might even have to give up my internet if I don't get a job soon.

I don't have a lot of qualifications.

I have a Dreamweaver Web Design.

Modules 1, 2, and 3.

I'm quite experienced with a few engines.

I'm pretty decent at drawing; even though I'm a bit rusty at it.

Don't even have a portfolio right now.

So what can I do and how do I start to make some money, so I don't lose everything, and can keep playing Guild Wars?

Glancing over your curriculum I notice it lacks coherency.

As a content creator you need a portfolio and tbh make a name for yourself. If you don't you'll hear "don't quit your day job often".

So my advice is to do a day job. Pick one with the prospect to follow your dream, but also satisfies you when your dream doesn't cone through.

Right.

The thing is that due to the recent circumstances; It's next to impossible to get a job at the moment.

Lockdown... and all.

I know I haven't much to show.

I used to have a ton of drawings, but threw all away years ago.

I also done a bit of story writing in whatpad, I think it was called. But also deleted my account.

I literally stopped chasing my dream to work with videogames.

I still applied for a partnership though.

All I got at the moment, which I typed in on the application, is my free website, in which I'm advertising GW 1 and 2, both in home page and games sections.

However, I only have 160 members, so I guess it's not enough.

I tried to follow Cellofrag's example.

But you need to build an audience first. Especially on youtube.

It's not as easy as it looks.

Especially when you don't have all the stable tools required for the job.

It's a shame; because I absolutely love this game, and really wish I could do more.

Thanks for all the replies.
