Question about PvP-Sigills

If i have on my

first weapon set: Sword & Shield +2Sigills

and on the second: None & Axe (so it uses sword for Mainhand) +2 Sigills

 

does the second weapon set use 2 sigills, even though it has only Second hand weapon? Or does it use the sigill that was given to MH sword in the first weapon set?

Basically you would have to grab a second sword if you wanted to try what you are doing, or else you won't get any bonus because the weapons are slotted individually.
