Need heavy tail armor for charr please

Recommended Posts

I know its not an easy set to get but you could always go from the [Perfected Envoy Armor](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Perfected_Envoy_armor_(heavy)#Charr) it looks pretty amazing if you ask me. Especially if you are looking for [Heavy Tail Armor](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/File:Perfected_Envoy_armor_(heavy)_charr_male_back_in_combat.jpg).

Although I vehemently avoid Raids altogether (for several reasons) I do want to get that set one day. However, it does have a couple problems with it. One being the ultra shinny nature of the pieces are extremely uncompromising, especially if you want to use different armor skins instead of a full set, and I do in this case. I’ve tried dyeing the pieces to match what I had in mind but it just looks very clashed with different skins put together. Also, there are very few back items that can also match the ultra shine. Therefore, you’re stuck with doing all Legendary armor pieces or none at all. The second problem, and is one I can somewhat deal with is that the tail armor retracts when you sheathe you’re weapons and go out of combat. Would be nice if it didn’t do that, or was at least in-game optional.

Even so, that’s only one of a handful that covers the tail (no butt/groin capes!!!1!1!!). Would be nice to add more, and we’ve got some LS still coming. And we’re in Charr story mode. Now’s a good excuse to add them. ?

That would be actually sweet, but I unfortunately don’t see that happening.

Games with fantasy tailed species tend to forget (or intentionally forget) to put protection for the tail. In a practical situation, an ennemy cutting your tail or severely damaging it will seriously distract you in the battle.

I'm not playing charr really, but I'm all for more immersive features.

Probably because it’s harder to design for them maybe?
