Easily 1v3's, extra life bar, can handle condi dumps, lots of mobility including port stomps, burst dps.

 

Ayup looks like reaper is the next candidate for a dodge nerf.

Since Reapers (like most other builds in the game) can not burst anymore and are forced into bruiser playstyles (full marauder means bruiser these days) that require some amount of mobility to stick to their target to not get outsustained (outkited), roaming Reaper rises and falls with Rune of Speed.

 

Remove Rune of Speed from the game and you remove Reaper from roaming.

I don't use it but I haven't had an issue with much except for those that also run it. The nerf to SoS and shroud cooldown was honestly the single biggest thing keeping necro from being a strong contender for roaming right now.
