Power Overwhelming doesn't work?

i notice that i don't get any doubling of power bonuses when attuned to fire. Do i also need 8 stacks of Might (wvw) to activate that part? It seems like it shouldn't.

To clarify how this trait works: While above the might threshold (8 in WvW/PvP. 10 in PvE), you will get 150 bonus power.

 

**Just this power bonus** will get doubled to 300 while you are attuned to fire. So yes, you need to still be above 8 might stacks in WvW to get that power bonus doubled and this trait does **not** double power boni from any other source (like might stacks, banners, buff food, etc).

thanks a lot! Looks like I'll often be using the top option instead
