Scrap Rifle Field Test is the perfect example how engi's rifle should work

I like engi — it's one of my favorite professions, but after I experienced a Scrap Rifle Field Test in TD, I think this is the Rifle engi needs. Current rifle isn't even a weapon to use for more than 2 skills.

These skills are incredible powerful, so it would be neccessary to lower thier damage A LOT (at least -50%, because AA can crit for 5-6k).
