Function Gyro's Recharge

What does this mean exactly? If I cast a utility gyro followed by function gyro, nothing changed.

It only apply to the function gyro and how many targets it pops on in its AoE.

Can you give me an example to reproduce? I mean an example to change this skill's recharge time to something other than 25 seconds. For me it's always 25 secs.

Go into WvW or sPvP, down 3 people at once on top of each other then pop function gyro on them.

 

Sounds easy enough, yes? Hehe.

 

In PvE the only way is finding some boss that kill multiple people that dont know how to dodge and pop function gyro to res them.

Thanks it worked. Reviving people during Tequatl did the trick hehe
