is there worthy item that can only get from wintersday? example i like the Star of Gratitude converter, but rest seem meh. any unique outfit or recipes?

There's quite a few items which are only available during Wintersday, but I'm not sure which of them you would consider 'worthy'.

 

As well as Winter's Presence, which is a popular long-term goal for a lot of players, there's the Winter's Heart infusion, various weapon skins like the Rimed Verdant weapons and Candy Cane weapons, several topics and mini pets, recipies for Bringers and Givers upgrades, and probably some other stuff I'm forgetting.
