Really need to fix this Try the "Next friendly target" key and swap through until you get the tree (if you don't have one assigned yet, go to your keybind settings). Hmm, weird. I've always got it to work, though not necessarily from all viewing angles, so you may need to move to the other side of the tree or look more up or down.
