eXon.5179 Posted February 17, 2021 Author Share Posted February 17, 2021 I've provided as much information as i can + do i have access to the emails im using for my gw1/2 accounts. Also i've restored the pw for that account once already some years ago. I can also provide them my ID etc. but they didn't give me any information or reply at all they just deleted the ticket. I've used a different email then my gw2 email but they are very similiar in the first place (even more proof. That, or someone using those email accounts has garnered the 'We won't respond to additional tickets' action. Try creating a new email account, 2-factor protect it, and contact the CS Team. Have to draw the line somewhere. Can't get more protection then that. Also very unlikely someone wants to hack my gw1 accounts which is what im trying to restore lol.
