Wall bombing with Shades

LoS for barrier is still the normal and NOT bugged version (you need to see the core of your shade to be able to cast) while is a PBAoE on your necro. So is "only" a problem for the offensive part. Over that if you try to spam 2 or more F skills dhuumfire will only proc 1 (torment and cripple are applying correctly).

Yep. Cause if its intended, then they need to do the same thing to:

 

Elementalist:

Basically all staff skills

 

Ranger:

Longbow

 

Dragonhunter:

Longbow

 

Mesmer:

Greatsword and staff

 

Necro:

Staff

 

Revenant:

Hammer

 

And so on. Would be pretty fcked up

Anet kitten something cos shade are obstructed most of the time (even on F1 cast), F2 trained with Patch of Corruption corrupt 4 boons and not only 2 and Dhuumfire on shade F2-5 spam only proc 1 time (torment and cripple of MSS are applied correctly). Also F5 should have the LoS only on activation and not like now on every single pulse (should work like wells).

It's not relegated just to walls, but going through gates too. So if this is the case, then remove any and all skills from hitting things on walls (and through gates) from all classes (including pulls). Basically make it so that if anyone or anything is to be hit on a wall, they have to be inside the tower on the wall to do it. Now I actually don't mind this change as long as it's done to all classes. It certainly would make taking things much more difficult by giving people on walls (or hills), a terrain advantage.

Its not oly a problem for walls and hills but even a kitten tree can make your shades obstructed...

For gates, if you remove that you should also remove the siege dmg through it (think how many ppl will cry cos they cant sit on their siege).

And again the obstructed is only 1 of the new bugs after the anet fix for the barriers
