Evon Gnashblade Package

How come I can't see any Evon Gnashblade Package selling in the Gem Store? Are they all gone already?

It shows available for 3 more days for me.

Contacted support almost 18 hours ago and still no word. My husband has it in his gem store, but I don't. This probably has nothing to do with it, but during the elections a few years back, he voted for Evon and I voted for Ellen... Maybe they're showing this package to those that supported him..? I'm most likely way off base, but it's the only thing we could come up with...

Try clearing out your TP cache (click on the support link above and search for "trading post"; the instructions to locate the cache are there).

(It's definitely not the election; at least one Kiel-supporter I know has the package available.)

Are you absolutely sure you haven't just overlooked it? I had to go to the Promotions tab and then scroll down close to the bottom to see it, but it was definitely there.

Absolutely sure. I've checked all the tabs and so has my husband. I only have Rox's and Braham's Bitterfrost.

So, support contacted me back and apparently the issue has to be reviewed by the technical team. So I suppose it's a weird bug on the TP.

That is such a strange thing. I'm really curious as to what causes it.

Apparently they haven't been able to fix the problem. Support offered me to remove the 3000 gems from my account and send me the package via mail. So if you suffer from this bug and want the bundle, contacting support might be your best shot right now.
