Unlocking daybreak

heya,

 

i don't own PoF, but i logged in to unlock the chapter daybreak in advance. the odd thing is that a lock still appears next to the title? is this normal/how do i know that it is unlocked?

buy PoF to unlock it ls4 will be based from PoF like ls3 is based from HoT. You need to be on PoF 1st map (crystal oasis)to get to starting point of that episode.

You've unlocked it but can't play it without POF.

There's three ways you can tell you've got it unlocked even if you can't play it yet:

 

1) If you've logged on since it was released then you've got it unlocked, no matter what else you do or don't own. (In case anyone searches for this topic in future this applies until the next episode is released.)

 

2) When you first logged in there was a green star in the bottom-right corner (next to the login bonus chest) - clicking on this gave you a pop-up with the episodes title and a button to view it in the story journal.

 

3) When you view that page in the story journal it doesn't give you the opportunity to spend 200 gems to unlock it.

 

My free account doesn't have HoT or PoF but does have Season 3 and Daybreak unlocked and both of them say I need to buy the relevant expansion and reach level 80 to play it. Season 2 says I need to buy it and each episodes page has a button to spend 200 gems on it.
