Hey Arenanet, it's time for new Hairstyles for Sylvari (and other Races, except Human).

With that said, I want to share my ideas for Sylvari Hairstyles with you. I created these Hairstyles for my Dolls.

Would love to see similar ones ingame!

I'd like a long Sylvari hairstyle that resembles the Chinese Wisteria with the option to colour the flowers of course.

Would make for a wicked Sylvari pony tail :)

I would like just a few more hairstyles that resemble human styles but with a plant touch. I went into the makeover window last night and decided I didn't really like anything. Longer hairstyles would be really cute

How about more face options as well? Too many of the sylvari faces look silly to me. I only have 3 sylvari toons and I already duplicated one of the faces.

I love that 4th one with the stalks on top, would definitely consider using that on one of my characters.

 

My most wanted Sylvari hairstyles, however, are...

 

A cactus hairstyle. One with actual cacti on the head, not just the spikes / thorns like some of the existing styles. Perhaps barrel cacti as buns (something like the pokemon Maractus or the cactus dryads from the Tales Of series) or some of the more spindly varieties as a sort of "nest" type hair.


 

A hairstyle with venus flytraps. Possibly something like a mohawk with the actual "mouths" in the middle and leaves spreading outward.

 

Something based on pine trees. A long-ish hairstyle with pine branches that hang down, maybe a few pinecones scattered throughout. I recall them saying at one point years ago that the engine would struggle to pull something like this off because of how they'd have to model the needles, but I feel like maybe they've learned some tricks to pull it off since then.
