all fine and good if you do . knock your self out go for it . :) but when it comes to these as well as most of the home node stuff . truth be told they are not worth it at all. and that is coming from some one with almost full home . but stopped once i seen it really was not worth the work or time.

but hope you have good luck and fun with it

This was the reason I did it. I’m sick of those things clogging up my bags. I just haven’t resigned myself to doing the Bloodstone Dust one yet.

Not all of the items have to be obtained from jumping puzzles. Some are in open world chests. I finished the collection in a very short time (all during the course of an afternoon) once I got it unlocked. It's a lot less headache than getting Princess.

No duh.

I said etc. I linked to Dulfy which states exactly what's needed for all the items.

Actually it is QUITE worth it...

Home nodes, i can't begin to tell you how much gold i've done with sprockets.

And the xmas tree isn't worth it JUST for the xmas tree, you also get the star of generosity, which you can use to get rid of excess empyreal shards.

And yes, you're right the sigil is ridiculously overpriced, but that collection exists from when they were a common drop (as you can tell from Dulfy's post). It's just that someone at arena net had too much eggnog a couple years ago, and forgot to add those to the loot tables on the Gifts. Which results in that the only way to get a superior one being improving from minor to superior (4 mystic coins).

And Arena Net being Arena Net aren't up to admitting their mistake and fixing it any time soon.

I don't know, I guess some people don't find the home instance tree or the star to be worth it, but I'm all about filling my home instance up with stuff, so getting it was my 1st priority this year (my 1st wintersday). It takes 3 days (1st 3 steps are time gated), and the JPs you have to do to finish it are probably the easiest in the game. The one in Caledon you don't even have to do....just use the bunny mount to get to the chest at the end. It's literally 1 jump lol

Superior Sigils do drop from the gifts.

No they don't. Well, not the ones you need. Check the preview, and the wiki if you don't believe me.
